I'm a creative project manager and content strategist with over a decade of experience making ambitious work actually happen. My career spans agencies, media companies, nonprofits, and corporate brands — from Publicis Groupe and Weber Shandwick to Industry Dive and the American Chemical Society.

I currently support creative operations for Visual Dynamics Labs and The Space for Creative Black Imagination, and previously produced independent projects for cultural institutions like STABLE Arts.

I specialize in building the operational infrastructure that lets creative teams do their best work: intake systems, sprint frameworks, cross-functional workflows, and the kind of clear communication that keeps complex projects on track from brief to launch.

I hold an M.S. in Corporate Communication from New York University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Resume available upon request.

Standing Up Operations
Operations Fellow · Visual Dynamics Labs
Building the Operational Foundation for an Emerging Creative Organization
Joined Visual Dynamics Labs at the ground level and put in place the systems, documentation, and communication infrastructure needed to function as a real organization.
+
What I Did
  • Established foundational operational processes — intake, task tracking, internal documentation — from scratch.
  • Built communication structures that kept contributors aligned as the organization grew.
  • Created reusable templates and workflows to support consistency across projects and events.
  • Coordinated across creative and administrative stakeholders to keep early initiatives on track.
  • Supported editorial work at The Space for Creative Black Imagination as a parallel engagement, bringing structure to an active project already in motion.
Outcomes
Infrastructure

Coordination
Contributors and stakeholders stayed aligned without constant back-and-forth.
Reusability
Workflows and templates built for early projects carried forward into future work.
Versatility
Demonstrated the ability to operate both at zero (VDL) and mid-stream (The Space) simultaneously.

What I Did
  • Audited existing workflows through team interviews to identify friction points and inefficiencies.
  • Completed platform training and certification to build deep internal expertise before rollout.
  • Designed custom project templates and workflow structures tailored to the team's specific needs.

Supporting the Arts
From producing exhibitions like Sadie Barnette's "New Eagle Creek Saloon" D.C. show (see the full program) to championing creative communities — the arts are personal, not just professional.
🎵
Music
Before any career, there was music. I'm always at a show, always finding new artists, always going back to the playlists that shaped me — music is always on.
